Pentru prima dat\u0103 acest termen a fost men\u021bionat de psihologul Herbert Freudenberger in cartea sa \u00abBurnout: The High Cost of High Achievement\u00bb, scris\u0103 \u00een 1974.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Etapele prin care trece o persoan\u0103 pan\u0103 ajunge la epuizare sunt: nevoia puternic\u0103 de afirmare, neglijarea nevoilor personale, apari\u021bia situa\u021biilor conflictuale fie acas\u0103 fie la birou, negarea problemelor, izolarea de familie \u0219i de grupul social, schimbarea comportamentului, autodevalorizarea, sentimentul de gol interior, st\u0103ri depresive, colaps fizic \u0219i emo\u021bional. S-a constatat c\u0103 mediul ostil nu reprezint\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna factorul care cauzeaz\u0103 \u00een mod direct burnout, ci trebuie s\u0103 \u00eei fie direct asociat\u0103 \u015fi inabilitatea individului de a face fa\u021b\u0103 unor noi condi\u021bii de la locul de munc\u0103. Nevrotismul, extraversiunea \u0219i con\u0219tiinciozitatea sunt tr\u0103s\u0103turi de personalitate care ofer\u0103 predictibilitate pentru cel pu\u021bin dou\u0103 dintre dimensiunile sindromului burnout.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Sindromul de burnout nu se asociaz\u0103 neap\u0103rat cu orele suplimentare de la locul de munc\u0103, ci cu stresul cronic acumulat, starea de epuizare, insatisfac\u021bia fa\u021b\u0103 de activitatea desf\u0103\u0219urat\u0103 zilnic \u0219i sentimentele de inutilitate resim\u021bite.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Companiile ar trebui s\u0103 investeasc\u0103 \u00een preven\u021bie pentru a avea angaja\u021bi care s\u0103-\u0219i ating\u0103 poten\u021bialul maxim. C\u00e2nd \u00ee\u021bi plasezi standarde extrem de ridicate pentru tine sau crezi c\u0103 nimic din ceea ce faci nu este suficient de bun.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">** Burnout-ul interpersonal** este cauzat de rela\u021bii dificile cu ceilal\u021bi la serviciu sau acas\u0103.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Burnout-ul organiza\u021bional este cauzat de o organizare slab\u0103, de cerin\u021be extreme \u0219i de termene nerealiste, care te fac s\u0103 sim\u021bi c\u0103 ratezi termenul \u0219i c\u0103 locul t\u0103u de munc\u0103 este \u00een pericol.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Cauze<\/p>\n<p><\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Unele persoane pot prezenta un risc crescut de a suferi de acest sindrom din cauza unor predispozi\u021bii genetice sau a unor momente dificile din via\u021b\u0103 (traum\u0103, divor\u021b, deces ). Tr\u0103s\u0103turile de personalitate precum pesimismul, perfec\u021bionismul, labilitatea emo\u021bional\u0103, capacitatea redus\u0103 de adaptare la situa\u021bii de stres, nevoia de a de\u021bine controlul, competitivitatea au \u0219i ele un aport negativ.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">C\u00e2nd vorbim despre mediul de lucru, principalii factori asocia\u021bi cu apari\u0163ia burnout-ului sunt: presiunea de timp exagerat\u0103, lipsa de comunicare \u0219i sprijin din partea unui manager, lipsa clarit\u0103\u021bii rolului, lipsa autonomiei, volumul mare de lucru, lipsa aprecierii pentru munca depus\u0103, tratamentul nedrept precum bullying sau favorizarea altor colegi.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Exist\u0103 \u0219i cauze care \u021bin de stilul de via\u021b\u0103 precum timpul liber insuficient, lipsa orelor necesare de odihn\u0103 \u0219i somn, lipsa orelor rezervate pentru familie, sport \u0219i relaxare, alimenta\u021bia nes\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Burnout-ul a fost semnificativ asociat cu un consum mai mare de fast-food, cu o activitate fizic\u0103 redus\u0103, cu un consum crescut de alcool \u0219i cu utilizarea frecvent\u0103 de antialgice.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Semne \u0219i simptome<\/span><\/h3>\n<div style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00cen stadiile incipiente, simptomele burnout-ului includ cefalee, oboseal\u0103, sentiment redus de realizare, rezilien\u021b\u0103 sc\u0103zut\u0103, labilitate dispozi\u021bional &#8211; afectiv\u0103 \u0219i conflicte interpersonale.
